Absolutely no returns or refunds! All sales are final.

♡Processing Time♡

Processing time is 1-2weeks, this is just an estimate. All press on nails are handmade by me (ShopNailCandy) only. All orders are made carefully with love♡ I try my best to get orders made & shipped out as quickly as possible but keep in mind processing is based on order volume.

Press on nails under “JezLynn’s Space” are all handmade by JezLynn. I (ShopNailCandy) package all orders.

Shipping time is not the same as processing time your processing time means this is the time between when an order is placed by a customer and when the order is fulfilled by ShopNailCandy.

Flat rate shipping on all orders applied at checkout

If your in a rush and need your order in a hurry you can purchase the Rush My Order option located in the drop down menu under Extras.

All orders $99+ come with free shipping!

Please make sure you provide the right shipping address, if your address cannot be verified by our shipping system, we cannot process your order and you will be issued a full refund. 

If an order is returned due to client providing the wrong mailing address, the client is responsible for paying new shipping fee (even if the order originally warranted free or reduced shipping). The order will not be refunded due to set being completed as requested upon initial order. Please contact shopnailcandyinq@gmail.com so a shipping invoice can be sent to you.

Any order(s) that comes through that has been marked as an “Fraud Alert” by Shopify or PayPal, our system will automatically refund your order. 

Customers with any previous dispute will be banned from making future purchases. 

note: ShopNailCandy is not responsible for any lost or missing packages, once your package is shipped out it is no longer in our control. Please speak with your local USPS office for shipping issues or concerns. All orders come with tracking sent to your email once packages are shipped out.
