Refund policy

Absolutely no returns or refunds! All sales are final.

Our press on nail sets are custom/made to order for this reason we do not offer refunds or make exchanges. We do not refund or replace sets where sizes were incorrectly ordered. We highly recommend purchasing a Sizing Kit in the same size/shape you intend to purchase your press on set in.

If an order is returned due to client providing the wrong mailing address, the client is responsible for paying new shipping fee (even if the order originally warranted free or reduced shipping). The order will not be refunded due to set being completed as requested upon initial order. In this case, please contact shopnailcandyinq@gmail.com so a shipping invoice can be sent to you.

Any order(s) that comes through that has been marked as an “Fraud Alert” by Shopify or PayPal, our system will automatically refund your order. 

Customers with any previous dispute will be banned from making future purchases. 

note: ShopNailCandy is not responsible for any lost or missing packages, once your package is shipped out it is no longer in our control. Please speak with your local USPS office for shipping issues or concerns. All orders come with tracking sent to your email once packages are shipped out.
